Ter versterking van het Inkoopteam in Haarlem, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en proactieve Operational Buyer die zich soepel tussen fabriek, planning en inkoop beweegt. Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, het overzicht houdt en vlot kan schakelen. Functie Zorgdragen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van (verpakkings)materialen en ingrediënten voor de productie - Je plaatst en beheert inkooporders (PO's) bij leveranciers. - Je coördineert leveringen en bewaakt voortgang en afspraken. - Je signaleert afwijkingen in leveringen en zet acties uit bij knelpunten. - Je bewaakt voorraadniveaus, inclusief externe warehouses. - Je controleert facturen en prijzen en zorgt voor correcte afhandeling. - Je werkt dagelijks in SAP en zorgt dat artikeldata actueel en correct zijn. - Je schakelt dagelijks met de fabriek, planning en de centrale inkoop in Denemarken. - J...
