Als Operational Controller zorg je niet alleen voor betrouwbare en actuele financiële rapportages, maar draag je ook bij aan de verdere professionalisering van onze informatievoorziening en financiële processen. Jij combineert controlling met data-analyse en procesverbetering - waardoor je een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan een professionele, datagedreven financiële operatie. Kortom, jij werkt actief mee bij het: - voorbereiden en uitvoeren van de maandelijkse financiële afsluiting. - analyseren van kostprijzen, marges per product / klant / productielijn. - budgettering en forecasting samen met afdelingsmanagers. - verklaren van afwijkingen tussen budget en realisatie (variance-analyse). - analyseren, onderhouden en verbeteren van KPI-dashboards voor productiviteit, efficiency, uitval, capaciteitsbenutting enz. - uitvoeren van werkzaamheden rondom balansspecificaties, aansluitingen en controles. - ondersteunen bij het opstellen van periodieke rapportages en managementinformatie. - signaleren en analyseren van afwijkingen in financiële gegevens. - beheren, controleren en onderhouden van financiële masterdata. - bewaken van de kwaliteit en volledigheid van stamgegevens in systemen. - onderhouden en verbeteren van bestaande rapportages en dashboards. - controleren van datakwaliteit en rapportage-uitkomsten. - ondersteunen van gebruikers bij vragen over rapportages, dashboards en financiële gegevens. - meewerken aan verdere automatisering en digitalisering binnen Finance. - ondersteunen bij interne controles, audits en ad-hoc analyses.
