Functieomschrijving

Operational Excellence Manager

  • Je leidt verbeterprojecten van A tot Z, bepaalt de roadmap, brengt de juiste stakeholders samen en bewaakt de realisatie van vooropgestelde doelstellingen.
  • Je stuurt transformatie-initiatieven aan binnen domeinen zoals productie/operations, supply chain, logistiek en warehousing, waarbij efficiëntie, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan.
  • Je vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar concrete acties, ondersteunt internationale implementaties en zorgt voor een duurzame verankering van nieuwe werkwijzen.
  • Je hebt een Bachelor/Master, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je bouwde een sterke operationele expertise op binnen productie, supply chain, logistiek, warehousing of een vergelijkbare omgeving.
  • Je hebt 5 jaar relevante ervaring
