Operational Excellence Manager - Regio Antwerpen - Chocolade

  • Als Operational Excellence Manager ben je de motor achter verbeter- en veranderinitiatieven binnen operations en ondersteunende afdelingen.
  • Je zet strategische doelstellingen om in concrete roadmaps, projecten en meetbare resultaten.
  • Je leidt uiteenlopende trajecten: van digitalisatie-initiatieven en investeringsprojecten (zoals capaciteitsuitbreidingen) tot de internationale uitrol van best practices.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus en afdelingen, zowel lokaal als internationaal.
  • Je bent sterk aanwezig op de werkvloer en neemt medewerkers mee in verandering.
  • Je creëert draagvlak, neemt ownership en zorgt voor duurzame impact.
  • Je rapporteert aan hde Plant Manager.

Operational Excellence Manager - Regio Antwerpen - Chocolade

  • Je beschikt over een technisch Bachelor of Master diploma.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een projectmatige of transformatie-gerichte rol.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet structuur te brengen in complexe omgevingen.
  • Stakeholdermanagement zit in je DNA: je communiceert helder en overtuigend.
  • Je bent analytisch, hands-on en resultaatgericht.
  • Je kan meerdere projecten en deadlines parallel managen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
