Als Operational Lead Commerce ben jij integraal verantwoordelijk voor onze E-commerce teams in Heusden en Rotterdam. Beide locaties brengen hun eigen kennis en expertise mee, en jij weet die verschillen slim te benutten om te bouwen aan één herkenbaar label. Goed leiderschap betekent voor jou niet dat je zelf alle antwoorden hebt. Je werkt nauw samen met onze specialisten, teamleads en Delivery Managers. Je stelt de juiste vragen, brengt ideeën samen en overziet de verschillende stacks, proposities en expertises. Samen met het team bepaal je hoe we snel veranderende technologieën zoals composable commerce en AI, en veranderende klantvragen slim inzetten om onze klanten verder te helpen. Zo maak je scherpe keuzes over waarin we willen uitblinken en wat dat vraagt van onze organisatie en mensen, waarbij keuzes niet alleen technisch interessant zijn, maar direct bijdragen aan ons onderscheidend vermogen en klantwaarde. Je bent de drijvende kracht achter het bouwen aan zelfstandige teams. Je zorgt dat mensen precies weten waar ze aan toe zijn en wat er van ze verwacht wordt, om ze vervolgens binnen die duidelijke kaders de volle ruimte te geven om zelf keuzes te maken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Dat betekent ook dat je mensen aanspreekt, grenzen stelt en knopen doorhakt wanneer dat nodig is. Je bent betrokken en benaderbaar, juist ook als gesprekken lastig worden; je kijkt naar wat eronder zit zonder de verantwoordelijkheid van de ander over te nemen. Daarbij beschik je over de nodige zelfkennis: je weet wat druk met je doet en herkent de neiging om te gaan controleren, pleasen, redden of ertussen te springen. Je durft kritisch naar je eigen aandeel...
