Weet jij strategie en ondernemersideeën te vertalen naar structuur, duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden, concrete plannen en resultaat? Als Operational Manager werk je rechtstreeks samen met de CEO/founder en geef je leiding aan een team van circa 10 medewerkers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse interne organisatie en verbindt onder andere marketing, online, IT/data, backoffice, coachondersteuning, projecten en de operationele financiële sturing. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie daaromheen goed functioneert, dat disciplines effectief samenwerken en dat plannen daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. We zoeken geen klassieke beheerder, maar een bouwer en verbinder. Iemand die overzicht creëert, prioriteiten durft te stellen, verantwoordelijkheid stimuleert en mensen aanspreekt op gemaakte afspraken en resultaten. - Je brengt rollen, verantwoordelijkheden, overlegstructuren en belangrijke processen helder in kaart. - Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers weten wat van hen wordt verwacht en ruimte krijgen om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. - Je creëert duidelijke werkafspraken en spreekt medewerkers aan op gemaakte afspraken en resultaten. - Je zorgt voor een effectieve samenwerking tussen de verschillende disciplines binnen PS. - Je vertaalt de strategische koers en ondernemersideeën naar concrete plannen, prioriteiten en acties. - Je zorgt voor een vaste planning en een heldere verdeling van verantwoordelijkheden. - Je bewaakt dat belangrijke proje...
