Als Operational Risk Officer bij De Goudse ben je een toegankelijke, onafhankelijke en kritische gesprekspartner voor management en risicoprofessionals in de eerste lijn. Je adviseert en challenget over doelstellingen, risicobereidheid en beheersing, begeleidt risicoanalyses en vertaalt data, incidenten en trends naar heldere conclusies en concrete verbeteracties. Zo help je De Goudse haar ambities verantwoord waar te maken, zonder het eigenaarschap van de eerste lijn over te nemen. Dit is je team Je wordt onderdeel van Team Riskmanagement binnen Finance, Risk Management & Compliance. Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende risicodisciplines en hebt veel contact met management, risico- en proceseigenaren, controlfuncties, Compliance, Interne Audit, IT Risk, CISO en de change organisatie. We combineren inhoudelijke scherpte met een open, professionele samenwerking: we stellen de lastige vraag wanneer dat nodig is, helpen elkaar vooruit en houden altijd oog voor een werkbare oplossing. Waar worden wij blij van? - Hbo+/wo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde, bedrijfseconomie, accountancy, controlling, risicomanagement of een vergelijkbare richting. - Circa 3-6 jaar relevante ervaring in risicomanagement, internal control, audit, procesmanagement of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied; ervaring in financiële dienstverlening of verzekeringen is een pre. - Actuele kennis van operationeel risicomanagement, governance, RCSA's, key controls, incident- en actiemanagement en oorzaakanalyse. - Ervaring met GRC-systemen, data analyse en visualisatie; je gebruikt AI zorgvuldig en controleert uitkomsten en bronnen. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Je bent analytisch, organisatiesensitief en overtuigend...
