Als operationeel administratief medewerker neem je de volledige administratieve opvolging van onze operationele verhuurprojecten van bouwliften op jou. Van voorbereiding en levering tot demontage en facturatie. Je bent de cruciale schakel tussen klanten, monteurs, techniekers en de projectleiding. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en proactieve aanpak lopen alle dossiers vlot op rolletjes.

Je start met een proefperiode en als deze positief verloopt, krijg jij een vast contract! Ben jij administratief nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en Frans? Wil je aan de slag in een technische, dynamische omgeving met de flexibiliteit van een deeltijdse werkweek? Solliciteer dan op deze vacature!

  • Je bent sterk in administratie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en kan meerdere taken tegelijk opnemen
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en hands-on
  • Vlotte mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Je hebt een proactieve werkhouding en een verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer

Je bent elke voormiddag op vaste uren aanwezig om volgende taken uit te voeren:

  • Aanmelden van monteurs voor werven en tijdig verwerken van plannings- en administratiegegevens.
  • Aanvragen, inplannen en nauwgezet opvolgen van periodieke keuringen van bouwliften en materiaal.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten bij vragen en klachten en doorsturen naar de juiste interne dienst
  • Opvolgen van onderhoud en keuring van servicewagens en vrachtwagens
  • Opmaken van huurcontracten, controleren van bestelbonnen en voorbereiden van briefingdocumenten.
  • Opvolgen en correct toewijzen van de doorrekening van interventiekosten en facturatie.
  • Ondersteunen van de uitgaande facturatie bij de algemene verhuur
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan de algemene administratie van de afdeling
