Werken op de planning bij Spirit Als Personeelsplanner/Administratief Medewerk(st)er ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze receptionistes. Zij zijn experts in het ontvangen van bezoekers op high-end locaties en zorgen iedere dag voor een warm welkom en een glimlach. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij goed voorbereid en met de juiste planning aan de slag kunnen. De complete personeelsplanning van A tot Z ligt bij jou. Je stelt planningen op voor verschillende high-end receptielocaties en houdt hierbij rekening met de voorkeuren en beschikbaarheid van onze medewerkers én met de wensen van de opdrachtgever. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen en bijhouden van personeelsplanningen en verwerken van verlof, ziekte, ruilingen en andere wijzigingen; - Snel schakelen bij onverwachte situaties en zorgen voor een passende oplossing om de bezetting te waarborgen; - Controleren van gewerkte uren en bijhouden van de personeelsadministratie; - Begeleiden van het onboardingproces, organiseren van inwerkdagen en inplannen van trainingen; - Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en ondersteunen waar nodig; - Opstarten en verwerken van screenings; - Uitvragen van benodigde kleding en zorge...
