Voor deze bijzondere omgeving zoeken wij een betrokken en enthousiaste collega die ons team op flexibele basis wil versterken.Over onsWaar we vroeger gasten uit binnen- en buitenland ontvingen, bieden we nu een veilige en prettige woonomgeving aan statushouders die hier werken aan een nieuwe toekomst.Hoewel de locatie geen hotel meer is, staat gastvrijheid nog steeds centraal. We vinden het belangrijk dat bewoners zich welkom voelen en dat de locatie netjes, veilig en goed georganiseerd is.Je komt terecht in een klein en betrokken team waarin je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt, samenwerkt met verschillende partijen en waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is.Wat ga je doen?Als Allround Medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de dagelijkse operatie. Je houdt overzicht, steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en bent een aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en collega's.Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Uitvoeren van verschillende operationele en facilitaire werkzaamheden. • Toezicht houden op kamers en algemene ruimtes. • Signaleren van storingen, bijzonderheden en onderhoudszaken. • Melden en opvolgen van facilitaire zaken. • Contact hebben met bewoners, collega's, leveranciers en het COA. • Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en goed georganiseerde locatie. • Ondersteunen bij controles en dagelijkse werkzaamheden. • Meedenken over praktische oplossingen en verbeteringen op locatie. • Uitvoeren van Duty-taken en ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse gang van zaken.
