Binnenvaartschepen, terminals en depots moeten daarbij continu op elkaar worden afgestemd. Achter een groot deel van die logistieke puzzel staat een organisatie die met slimme technologie, data en een integrale planning een centrale rol speelt binnen de Rotterdamse containerbinnenvaart. De organisatie is klein, maar de impact allesbehalve: de technologie die hier wordt ontwikkeld en beheerd, raakt dagelijks een groot deel van de logistieke operatie in één van de grootste havens van Europa. Vertel verder… Binnen deze organisatie werkt een compact en specialistisch team aan onder andere productontwikkeling, data, IT en support. Geen verschillende managementlagen of eindeloos overleg, maar korte lijnen, veel samenwerking en ruimte voor eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Daardoor kan het werk van één persoon direct zichtbaar resultaat opleveren in de dagelijkse havenoperatie. Tegelijkertijd is er bewust ruimte om verder te kijken dan de problemen van vandaag: waar komen terugkerende vragen vandaan en wat kan structureel slimmer? Je krijgt de vrijheid om zulke vraagstukken te onderzoeken en samen met verschillende specialisten verbeteringen daadwerkelijk in gang te zetten. En precies daar kom jij in beeld. Hoe komt jouw rol eruit te zien? Als Operationeel Analist is je rol tweedelig.
