Wil je bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van beleid dat écht impact heeft op inwoners? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Als operationeel beleidsmedewerker Jeugd/Wmo werk je mee aan de praktische vertaling van beleid naar uitvoering. Je ondersteunt bij beleidsontwikkeling, bent betrokken bij diverse dossiers en werkt nauw samen met uitvoerende partijen. Je krijgt de ruimte om te groeien in zelfstandigheid en eigenaarschap. Je zet bijvoorbeeld pilots op om de zorg voor de inwoners van Aa en Hunze te verbeteren. Dit doe je in samenwerking met uitvoerende partijen en evalueert deze op basis van vooraf vastgestelde criteria. Je rapporteert hierover helder en feitelijk, met oog voor detail en consistentie. Wat ga je doen? - Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van beleid binnen de Jeugdwet en Wmo; - Je vertaalt beleidskaders naar praktische uitvoeringsvoorstellen; - Je stemt af met collega's op tactisch en strategisch niveau; - Je werkt samen met uitvoerende organisaties en bent aanspreekpunt voor praktische vragen; - Je signaleert knelpunten in de uitvoering en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
