Inhoud van de opdracht:

ls onze nieuwe projectleider opleidingen:

  • verzorg je de praktische coördinatie van de opleidingen en werkt daarbij samen met de inhoudsverantwoordelijken van de verschillende opleidingen, het hoofd professionalisering en de collega’s die de praktische en administratieve ondersteuning van de opleidingen verzorgen.
  • werk je een intern en extern communicatieplan voor de opleidingen uit. Relevante vragen van scholen die niet door de eerstelijnscollega’s kunnen opgenomen worden neem jij op.
  • ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor openbare besturen en andere grote opdrachtgevers waarvoor en waarmee we opleidingen organiseren. Je houdt vinger aan de pols en verzorgt rapportage over het geleverde werk.
  • houd je overzicht over kerngegevens zoals inschrijvingsaantallen, doorstroomcijfers, tevredenheidscijfers, enzoverder. Je signaleert risico’s en knelpunten aan het hoofd professionalisering en aan de grote opdrachtgevers waarmee we samenwerken.
  • ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere optimalisatie van de praktische organisatie van de opleidingen. Je analyseert bestaande processen, werkt alternatieven uit waar nodig en houdt overzicht over de implementatie ervan.
  • ondersteun je de kwaliteitszorg binnen ons opleidingsaanbod. Je verzamelt gegevens, zorgt voor heldere en gerichte analyses en stelt verbeterpunten voor.

Het Expertisecentrum Onderwijs en Leren van Thomas More biedt jaarlijks vele honderden leerkrachten en schoolleiders uit Vlaanderen en Nederland een intensieve opleiding op onze campus Sint-Andries in Antwerpen. Vandaag zijn we op zoek naar een organisatorisch talent dat energie krijgt van strakke processen, duidelijke communicatie en slimme digitalisering om de coördinatie van ons opleidingsaanbod op zich te nemen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma en hebt ervaring met projectcoördinatie, bij voorkeur binnen een onderwijs-, overheids- of opleidingscontext.
  • Je werkt uiterst gestructureerd, bewaart het overzicht over cijfers en afspraken, en anticipeert tijdig op knelpunten.
  • Je bent sterk in procesdenken en hebt affiniteit met digitalisering en automatisering van administratieve en organisatorische workflows.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met diverse stakeholders (van stedelijke opdrachtgevers en opleidingsverantwoordelijken tot scholen) en streeft steeds naar hoge kwaliteit.
  • Je draagt onderwijs en professionalisering een warm hart toe
