Binnen een internationale dienstverlenende organisatie waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en innovatie centraal staan, krijg je als Operationeel Controller een veelzijdige rol met impact op zowel financiële processen als operationele activiteiten. De functie van Operationeel Controller combineert financiële rapportering, procesverbetering en hands‑on ondersteuning. Als Operationeel Controller neem je eigenaarschap over de cijfers, begeleid je een klein team en ondersteun je het management met heldere analyses en aanbevelingen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uniforme en betrouwbare financiële verslaglegging verzorgen.
  • Managementrapportages opstellen en toelichten.
  • Maandelijkse projectresultaten en bedrijfsresultaten controleren en analyseren.
  • Budgetten en forecasts opstellen op basis van beschikbare informatie.
  • Toezien op administratieve organisatie, interne controle en toezichtprocedures.
  • Verbeteringsvoorstellen formuleren voor financiële processen.
  • Gegevens controleren en autoriseren binnen interne controle.
  • Management adviseren over financiële en operationele thema’s.
  • Bedrijfsbeleid mee vormgeven en duidelijk communiceren binnen de organisatie.
  • Meewerken aan interne en externe audits.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een team van ongeveer drie collega’s.
  • HBO‑opleiding in bedrijfseconomie of accountancy.
  • 5 tot 10 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een internationale organisatie is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring binnen een projectorganisatie is een troef.
  • Ervaring als operationeel controller of ambitie om vanuit financial control door te groeien.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Vakinhoudelijk sterk, analytisch en communicatief vaardig.
  • Proactief, verantwoordelijk en hands‑on ingesteld.
  • Fulltime beschikbaar.
