Je geeft leiding aan de regiomanagers, houdt zicht op wat er binnen de regio's en vestigingen gebeurt en zorgt ervoor dat de koers van Elorah wordt vertaald naar concrete resultaten. - Betrokken - Ervaring - Innovaties - Over de functie - Elorah als organisatie - Dit ben jij: - Dit krijg je van ons: Over de functie Als operationeel directeur verbind je strategie met uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat plannen niet alleen op papier goed zijn, maar ook daadwerkelijk werken binnen de regio's en op onze vestigingen. Je geeft rechtstreeks leiding aan de regiomanagers. Je coacht en ondersteunt hen, geeft richting en spreekt duidelijke verwachtingen uit. Daarbij geef je hen de ruimte om hun eigen verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Je houdt overzicht over de verschillende regio's en stuurt bij wanneer resultaten of ontwikkelingen daarom vragen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van de regiomanagers - het realiseren van een kwalitatief goede en gezonde dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering - het vertalen van de koers en kaders van Elorah naar concrete doelstellingen, plannen en acties - het sturen op resultaten op het gebied van onder andere kwaliteit, personeel, bezetting en financiën - het analyseren van resultaten en ontwikkelingen en op basis daarvan tijdig bijsturen - het bewaken van budgetten en realiseren van de afgesproken financiële doelstellingen - het signaleren van kansen en knelpunten binnen de verschillende regio's en zorgen dat hierop wordt gehandeld - het verbeteren van werkprocessen en stimuleren van een effectieve en eenduidige manier van werken - het bevorderen van samenwerking tussen regio's en met de verschillende ondersteunende afdelingen binnen Kibeo - het ...
