De opdracht Als Operationeel Directeur ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele aansturing van de verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen. Je geeft leiding aan de operationele managers en zorgt voor een efficiënte, veilige en professionele operatie. Tegelijkertijd bouw je verder aan een schaalbare organisatie die toekomstige groei kan faciliteren. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner op het gebied van operationele prestaties, organisatieontwikkeling en groei. De uitdaging ligt in het verder professionaliseren van processen, verantwoordelijkheden en management, met behoud van het ondernemende en persoonlijke karakter van de organisatie. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: · Aansturen, coachen en verder ontwikkelen van de operationele managers en teams. · Sturen op KPI's, kwaliteit, veiligheid, efficiency, capaciteit en operationele kosten. · Analyseren en verbeteren van werkprocessen, planning, productiviteit en samenwerking tussen afdelingen. · Implementeren en borgen van procesverbeteringen, digitalisering en verdere professionalisering. · Versterken van eigenaarschap, verantwoordelijkheden en een resultaatgerichte managementcultuur. · Bewaken van budgetten, marges en operationele performance in nauwe samenwerking met Finance. · Vertalen van de groeistrategie naar concrete operationele plannen en zorgen dat de organisatie klaar is voor verdere expansie. Kennis- en ervaringscriteria We zoeken een ervaren en mensgerichte operationeel leider die zichtbaar is in de organisatie en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen strategie, tactiek en dagelijkse operatie.
