De organisatie staat aan de vooravond van de volgende stap en versnelling van een omvangrijke lean transitie. Komende periode staat mede onder jouw leiding verder in het teken van verdere groei en professionalisering naar een stabiele, voorspelbare en toekomstbestendige organisatie. In een technisch complexe omgeving, met gespecialiseerde werkcellen met custom made productie. Op jouw afdeling met verder engineering, werkvoorbereiding, productieplanning en onderhoud, ligt er een stevige uitdaging om de operationele organisatie (120 van de 150 werknemers van Broekema in Nederland) verder te ontwikkelen en te laten groeien in effectiviteit, rendement en menselijke performance. Als Operationeel Directeur krijg je hierin een sleutelrol. De uitdaging is nadrukkelijk méér dan het aansturen van de dagelijkse operatie. Je bouwt verder aan een professionele en schaalbare managementorganisatie waarin eigenaarschap, samenwerking en continu verbeteren op basis van geformuleerde KPI's elke dag vanzelfsprekend zijn. Je versterkt de structuur, verantwoordelijkheden en processen en ontwikkelt managers en leidinggevenden om de organisatie steeds zelfstandiger en slagvaardiger te laten functioneren. Tegelijkertijd stuur je op de prestaties die er daadwerkelijk toe doen: veiligheid, kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid, productiviteit en kostenbeheersing. Je brengt techniek, processen, data en bedrijfsresultaat bij elkaar en weet complexe vraagstukken terug te brengen tot heldere keuzes en concrete verbeteringen. Daarbij houd je oog voor de langere termijn en vertaal je de strategie van de onderneming naar een operationele organisatie die klaar is...
