Sinds 2020 is onze omzet verdrievoudigd. Dat betekent dat onze productie op volle toeren draait. Jaarlijks leveren we ongeveer 60 jachten in serie op, zoals de Wajer 38, 44 en 55. Ruim 400 mensen werken dagelijks aan onze belofte aan de eigenaren: "Without a worry". Om die belofte waar te maken, moet de productie vlekkeloos verlopen. En daar begint jouw werk. Als Operationeel Inkoper zorg jij dat de juiste materialen op het juiste moment op de werf liggen. Zonder onderdelen staat de bouw stil. Jij bent de onmisbare schakel tussen onze leveranciers, het magazijn en de productievloer. Je dag begint met een blik op het ERP-systeem. Welke inkoopaanvragen liggen er? Welke voorraden bereiken hun minimum? Jij verwerkt deze data en genereert direct de inkooporders. Je bestelt materialen volgens de afspraken die de category buyers hebben gemaakt met onze co-makers. Je bent continu bezig met het optimaliseren van de materiaalstroom. De bouw van een Wajer jacht vereist duizenden onderdelen. Van roestvrijstalen kikkers tot complete navigatiesystemen. Jij houdt het overzicht. Je snapt dat een ontbrekend schroefje net zo cruciaal kan zijn als een ontbrekend motorblok.Stel, je ziet dat de levering van een specifieke partij teakdekken vertraging oploopt. De leverancier heeft een materiaaltekort. Je onderneemt direct actie. Je belt de leverancier om de exacte levertijd te achterhalen en kijkt samen naar alternatieve transportopties. Daarna loop je de productievloer op. Je overlegt met de voorman en het magazijn over de impact op de planning.
