Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers, engineers en productontwikkelaars en bent de schakel tussen techniek en leveranciers. Wat ga je doen? Als Operationeel Inkoper zorg jij dat er nooit materiaal ontbreekt voor onze projecten en productie. Je bewaakt de voorraadniveaus, bepaalt de materiaalbehoefte vanuit ons planningssysteem en houdt onze inkoopstamdata op orde. Je beoordeelt leveranciers op prijs en levertijd, en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Je maakt onderdeel uit van de afdeling bedrijfsbureau en zorgt samen met de werkvoorbereider voor een soepel verloop van de projecten binnen onze organisatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere: - Materiaalplanning & Inkooporders: Je bepaalt zelfstandig de materiaalbehoefte vanuit ons planningssysteem en vertaalt dit naar concrete inkooporders en afroepen. Je analyseert de uitkomsten op afwijkingen en knelpunten in de levertijd of capaciteit. - Stamdata Beheer: Je zorgt voor het inrichten, controleren en actueel houden van artikel-, leveranciers- en inkoopstamdata in ons ERP-systeem. - Orderbeheer & Leverbetrouwbaarheid: Je plaatst inkooporders, controleert orderbevestigingen op prijs en levertijd en grijpt proactief in bij dreigende vertragingen. - Leverancierscontact: Je onderhoudt operationeel contact met leveranciers: je pakt zelf de telefoon of stuurt een mail zodra een leverancier structureel te laat levert, en zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling van vragen, retouren of reclamaties. - Procesoptimalisatie: Je signaleert trends in de data en denkt continu mee over het slimmer inrichten van het inkoopproces en het verbeteren van de datakwaliteit.
