Als operationeel inkoper zorg je ervoor dat de juiste materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. De leveranciers zijn geselecteerd en de commerciële afspraken zijn gemaakt; vanaf dat moment neem jij de operationele verantwoordelijkheid over. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen leveranciers, planning, productie en logistiek. Je bewaakt bestellingen en levertijden, stuurt leveranciers actief aan en grijpt in wanneer er risico's ontstaan voor de productie. In een dynamische high-tech productieomgeving kunnen prioriteiten snel veranderen. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je overzicht houdt, vooruitkijkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt totdat een probleem daadwerkelijk is opgelost. Wat ga je doen? Je plaatst, beheert en bewaakt inkooporders voor grondstoffen en componenten. Je bewaakt levertijden en stemt leveringen af met productie- en fabrieksplanning. Je bent het eerste operationele aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en spreekt hen aan op afspraken en prestaties. Je werkt nauw samen met Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics en andere interne stakeholders. Je maakt operationele inkoopbeslissingen waarbij je kijkt naar levertijd, kosten en de totale kosten van een product of levering. Je signaleert vroegtijdig risico's, afwijkingen en knelpunten en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het oplossen ervan. Je onderzoekt de oorzaak van terugkerende problemen en draagt bij aan structurele verbeteringen binnen inkoop en supply chain. Je zorgt voor een correcte administratie en betrouwbare data in SAP/ERP-systemen. Functie-eisen Je hebt een HBO-opleiding in bijvoorbeeld Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfskunde of een technische richting. Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in operationele inkoop of supply chain coördinatie. Ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving is een sterke pré. Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zaken niet loslaat voordat ze zijn opgelost. Je kunt goed omgaan met meerdere, veranderende prioriteiten en weet daarbij het overzicht te bewaren. Je communiceert gemakkelijk met zowel interne stakeholders als externe leveranciers. Je beheerst de Engelse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Ervaring met SAP of een ander ERP-systeem is relevant voor deze functie. Hier kom je te werken Je gaat aan de slag binnen een innovatieve high-tech productieomgeving in de regio Eindhoven.
