Ben jij iemand die graag de touwtjes in handen heeft, goed overzicht kan bewaren en energie krijgt van schakelen met leveranciers? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor je! Voor onze vaste opdrachtgever zijn wij opzoek naar een Operationeel Inkoper in Zevenhuizen, Zuid Holland, Het betreft een functie voor 40 uur per week en het salaris bedraagt € 3000-3600. Als Operationeel Inkoper zorg jij ervoor dat de productie altijd door kan. Je houdt in de gaten wat er nodig is, plaatst bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen en materialen op tijd binnenkomen. Wanneer een levering vertraging heeft of een bestelling niet klopt, kom jij direct in actie. Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is, zodat jouw collega's in de productie hun werk kunnen doen. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Als Operationeel Inkopen ben je onder andere bezig met: - Voorraad bewaken: Je analyseert wat er nodig is en houdt de voorraadniveaus goed in de gaten. - Bestellingen plaatsen: Je bestelt grondstoffen en hulpmaterialen bij verschillende leveranciers. - Levertijden bewaken: Je houd goed in de gaten wanneer bestellingen binnenkomen en stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is. - Orders controleren: Je controleert orderbevestigingen en zorgt dat alles klopt. - Leverancierscontact: Klopt er iets niet of blijft een levering uit? Dan neem jij contact op en zorg je voor een oplossing. - Goederenstroom verbeteren: Je denkt actief mee over hoe processen slimmer en efficienter kunnen. - Verbeteringen doorvoeren: Zie jij een manier waarop iets beter kan? Dan krijg je de ruimte om hiermee aan de slag te gaan.

Wat breng je mee? We zoeken iemand die nauwkeuring werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en makkelijk contact maakt met collega's en leveranciers. Daarnaast: - Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding; - Ervaring in een logistieke of operationele bestelfunctie is mooi meegenomen; - Je hebt affiniteit met een productieomgeving; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
