- Operationeel Inkoper - 32 - 40 uur - Swalmen Heb jij ervaring met technische inkoop en krijg je energie van het bewaken van leveringen, schakelen met leveranciers en het oplossen van knelpunten? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. In een technische productieomgeving zorg jij ervoor dat materialen en onderdelen op tijd beschikbaar zijn, zodat projecten en productieprocessen door kunnen lopen. Functieomschrijving Als Operationeel Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige operationele inkoopproces van technische onderdelen. Je werkt nauw samen met leveranciers, interne afdelingen en collega-inkopers om ervoor te zorgen dat materialen tijdig en volgens afspraak worden geleverd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het plaatsen van bestellingen binnen de afgesproken budgetten; - Het bewaken van levertijden en opvolgen van openstaande orders; - Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers over leveringen, kwaliteit en prijzen; - Het informeren van interne stakeholders over de voortgang van bestellingen; - Het signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in het inkoopproces; - Het beheren van contracten en inkoopdocumentatie. - Afgeronde mbo 4- of hbo-opleiding; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de inkoop van technische onderdelen; - Ervaring binnen machinebouw of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving is een pré; - Een afgeronde NEVI-opleiding is een voordeel; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Je kunt zelfstandig werken, prioriteiten stellen en houdt overzicht in een omgeving met meerdere lopende orders tegelijk.
