Als Operationeel Inkoper zorg je ervoor dat materialen en producten op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Zo draag je iedere dag bij aan een soepel verloop van de supply chain. Wat ga je doen? Als Operationeel Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen, bewaken en opvolgen van inkooporders voor onze opdrachtgever. Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers, vraagt offertes op en bewaakt levertijden om ervoor te zorgen dat materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Daarbij houd je de voorraad in de gaten en werk je nauwkeurig met ERP-systemen om het inkoopproces efficiënt te laten verlopen. Je signaleert afwijkingen en onderneemt direct actie wanneer leveringen vertraging oplopen. Daarnaast analyseer je inkoopgegevens en denk je mee over het verbeteren van processen. Je ondersteunt bij contractafspraken, beoordeelt leveranciersprestaties en draagt bij aan een optimale samenwerking met interne en externe partijen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatorische vaardigheden verloopt het inkoopproces efficiënt en betrouwbaar. Jouw werkzaamheden - Plaatsen en opvolgen van inkooporders; - Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers; - Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes; - Bewaken van levertijden en voorraadniveaus; - Werken met ERP-systemen en inkoopdata; - Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van verbeteringen; - Ondersteunen bij contract- en leveranciersbeheer.
