Als operationeel inkoper bij Exalto ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen inkooppakket. Je bewaakt de voortgang van bestellingen en werkt dagelijks samen met leveranciers, vervoerders en je collega's van magazijn en verkoop. Denk je graag mee over verbeteringen? Dat waarderen we. Wat ga je doen? - Bestellingen plaatsen en orderbevestigingen verwerken in ons ERP-systeem. - Openstaande orders bewaken en daarover contact houden met leveranciers. - Verkoop en logistiek op de hoogte houden van levertijden en wijzigingen. - Transport regelen en zendingen opvolgen, van leverancier tot ons magazijn. Wie ben jij? Een teamspeler die gestructureerd en nauwkeurig werkt. Overzicht houden gaat je goed af, en je communiceert duidelijk. Dit neem je mee: - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in operationele inkoop. - Affiniteit met logistiek. - Ervaring met een ERP-systeem. Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics (Wholesale) is een pré. - Mbo werk- en denkniveau. - Vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels, in woord en geschrift. Wat bieden wij? - Een salaris van € 3.200 tot € 3.500 bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur), afhankelijk van je ervaring. - 34 vakantiedagen en een pensioenregeling. - Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur, in overleg. - Na je inwerkperiode 1 dag per week thuiswerken. - Reiskostenvergoeding. - Een familiebedrijf met een informele sfeer, korte lijnen en snelle besluitvorming.
