Als Operationeel Inkoper zorg je voor structuur en overzicht binnen het dagelijkse inkoopproces. Je schakelt actief met leveranciers en collega's, denkt commercieel mee en zoekt continu naar manieren om slimmer en efficiënter te werken. Een veelzijdige rol waarin jouw initiatief en commerciële inzicht direct impact maken. Ons aanbod - Een salaris van €3.400,- tot €4.800,-, passend bij jouw ervaring; - 30 vakantiedagen; - 8% vakantiegeld; - 0,25 cent per kilometer reiskostenvergoeding; - Persoonlijke begeleiding en volop ruimte voor ontwikkeling met onze bedrijfscoach. - Mogelijkheid om door te groeien richting tactische inkoop; - Ruime kantine met diverse ontspanningsmogelijkheden en activiteiten; - Vrijdagmiddag borrels, werkuitjes en BBQ'en met de organisatie. Wat ga je doen als Operationeel Inkoper? - Verwerken van inkoopaanvragen en plaatsen van bestellingen; - Opvragen en vergelijken van prijzen bij leveranciers; - Bewaken van orderbevestigingen, levertijden en leveringen; - Schakelen met leveranciers en interne afdelingen bij vertragingen en knelpunten; - Meedenken over alternatieve leveranciers, kostenbesparing en procesverbetering. Wat breng je mee - Hbo- werk en denk niveau; - Ervaring als Operationeel Inkoper is een pre; - Drive om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen de functie en organisatie; - Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
