Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende internationale speler binnen de voedingssector. Vanuit een sterke logistieke en operationele organisatie zorgen zij ervoor dat verse producten elke dag tijdig, efficiënt en in de juiste verpakking bij klanten terechtkomen.

Om hun verdere groei te ondersteunen zijn ze op zoek naar een Operationeel Inkoper Verpakking.

Jouw functie

Als Operationeel Inkoper Verpakking ben je verantwoordelijk voor het operationele beheer van verpakkingsmaterialen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste verpakkingen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen leveranciers, productie, logistiek en interne stakeholders.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen bij leveranciers.
  • Beheer van de voorraden en beschikbaarheid van verpakkingsmaterialen.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met leveranciers in binnen- en buitenland.
  • Opvolgen van levertermijnen en anticiperen op mogelijke tekorten.
  • Samenwerken met productie, planning en logistiek om een vlotte goederenstroom te garanderen.
  • Controleren van prijsafspraken, contracten en leveringsvoorwaarden.
  • Signaleren van verbeteringen binnen het aankoopproces.
  • Meewerken aan duurzame en innovatieve verpakkingsoplossingen.

PROFIEL

Je bent iemand die graag structuur brengt, nauwkeurig werkt en energie haalt uit het onderhouden van sterke leveranciersrelaties.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen aankoop, supply chain, logistiek of procurement.
  • Een sterk analytisch inzicht en vlotte kennis van Excel en ERP-systemen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte en commerciële mindset.
  • Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een sterke focus op kwaliteit.

Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie, retail of verpakkingssector is een mooie plus.
