De leverancier is geselecteerd, de afspraken zijn gemaakt en vanaf dat moment ben jij verantwoordelijk om ervoor te zorgen dat alles volgens plan verloopt. Jij beheert de operationele relatie met je leveranciers en fungeert als centrale schakel tussen leveranciers, planning, productie en andere interne stakeholders. Je zorgt voor materiaalbeschikbaarheid door het plaatsen en beheren van inkooporders, het afstemmen van leveringen met de productieplanning en het proactief aansturen van leveranciers op prestaties. Jij zit aan het stuur totdat problemen zijn opgelost en leveringen zijn veiliggesteld. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Plaatsen, beheren en monitoren van inkooporders om tijdige beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen en componenten te waarborgen - Coördineren en opvolgen van leveringen in nauwe afstemming met productie en fabrieksplanning - Fungeren als primair operationeel aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers: je stuurt aan, daagt uit en ondersteunt hen waar nodig - Proactief communiceren met interne stakeholders zoals demand planning, manufacturing en logistics - Inkoopbeslissingen nemen met commercieel inzicht, waarbij je logistieke prestaties, kosten en total cost of ownership afweegt - Risico's, knelpunten en afwijkingen vroegtijdig signaleren en eigenaarschap nemen om deze op te lossen - Continu verbeteren van inkoop- en supply‑chainprocessen door root‑cause analyses en structurele verbeteringen voor te stellen - Zorgen voor nauwkeurige administratie en datakwaliteit in SAP/ERP‑systemen Wat jij meebrengt - Associate degree in Bedrijfskunde, Supply chain management of een...
