Je zorgt ervoor dat onderdelen op tijd beschikbaar zijn, onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en houdt het inkoopproces strak georganiseerd. Een mooie kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een technische productieomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als Operationeel Inkoper voor onze opdrachtgever ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inkopen van technische onderdelen en het bewaken van het volledige inkoopproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen op tijd beschikbaar zijn en draagt bij aan een efficiënte productieplanning. Je hebt dagelijks contact met leveranciers en interne stakeholders. Je volgt bestellingen nauwkeurig, signaleert afwijkingen in levertijden, kwaliteit of kosten en schakelt snel wanneer bijsturing nodig is. Dankzij jouw overzicht verloopt het inkoopproces soepel en betrouwbaar. Naast de operationele werkzaamheden denk je mee over verbeteringen binnen het inkoopproces. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en leveranciers om knelpunten op te lossen en zorgt voor een correcte administratie van contracten en inkoopdocumenten. Jouw werkzaamheden - Bestellen van technische onderdelen binnen het beschikbare budget; - Bewaken van de voortgang van inkooporders en onderhouden van contact met leveranciers; - Informeren van interne stakeholders over de status van bestellingen; - Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen in levertijd, kwaliteit en kosten; - Beheren van inkoopdocumentatie en contracten; - Samenwerken met collega's om het inkoopproces continu te verbeteren.
