Ter versterking van ons Inkoopteam zijn wij op zoek naar een parttime Operationeel Inkoper Wat ga je doen? In de functie van Operationeel Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige operationele inkoopproces binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze producten in de juiste hoeveelheden en tegen de beste voorwaarden tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Je plaatst en beheert inkooporders in ons ERP-systeem en bewaakt actief de voortgang van leveringen. Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers (nationaal en internationaal) en onderhandelt waar nodig over levertijden, prijzen en condities. Bij afwijkingen of knelpunten onderneem je uit jezelf actie en werk je samen met interne afdelingen zoals Sales, Export en Logistiek aan een oplossing. Daarnaast controleer en verwerk je orderbevestigingen en inkoopfacturen en zie je toe op correcte en actuele artikel- en leveranciersdata in onze systemen.
