Functie Vanwege de implementatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem is tijdelijk extra versterking nodig binnen het inkoopteam van circa 20 professionals. Je richt je voornamelijk op de operationele inkoop van indirecte categorieën zoals HR, Arbo en IT. Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse inkoop gewoon goed doorloopt tijdens de ERP-implementatie. Je zet aanvragen en bestellingen om in correcte orders, onderhoudt contact met interne stakeholders en leveranciers en bewaakt levertijden, afspraken en de administratieve afhandeling. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met collega's binnen Procurement en verschillende interne afdelingen. Wie zoeken we? We zoeken iemand die snel zelfstandig aan de slag kan en ervaring heeft met operationele inkoop, bij voorkeur binnen een grotere organisatie. Je bent administratief sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en vindt makkelijk je weg in ERP-systemen. Belangrijk is dat je op korte termijn beschikbaar bent. Wat kun je verwachten? Een tijdelijke positie voor minimaal 6 maanden, met een goede mogelijkheid tot verlenging tot maximaal een jaar. Het salaris ligt, afhankelijk van ervaring, tussen €4.500 en €5.750 bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. Je komt terecht bij een grote internationale technologie- en productieorganisatie die hoogwaardige materialen ontwikkelt en produceert voor uiteenlopende industriële toepassingen.
