Houd jij grip op bestellingen, leveranciers en levertijden? Als Operationeel Inkoper zorg je dat het operationele inkoopproces klopt van bestelling tot levering. Met jouw overzicht en nauwkeurigheid voorkom je verrassingen en help je de inkooporganisatie iedere dag vooruit. Wat ga je doen? Als Operationeel Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse uitvoering van de operationele inkoop. Je verwerkt bestellingen volgens de geldende procedures en richtlijnen. Daarbij monitor je zowel ordergebonden als niet-ordergebonden artikelen en houd je scherp in de gaten of leveranciers hun afspraken nakomen. Een levering die te laat komt of niet klopt, vraagt om actie. Je neemt contact op met de leverancier, zoekt uit wat er speelt en zorgt voor duidelijke vervolgafspraken. Ook stem je regelmatig af met interne stakeholders. Zo blijft iedereen op de hoogte en zorg je dat het inkoopproces betrouwbaar en goed georganiseerd verloopt. Naast de dagelijkse inkoopwerkzaamheden maak je analyses en rapportages. Je signaleert afwijkingen, knelpunten en mogelijke risico's binnen het inkoopproces. Met jouw kennis en informatie ondersteun je collega's en draag je bij aan een efficiënte samenwerking met leveranciers. Tegelijk krijg je ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen Procurement. Jouw werkzaamheden - Uitvoeren van de operationele inkoop van producten volgens procedures en richtlijnen; - Verwerken en monitoren van ordergebonden en niet-ordergebonden artikelen; - Bewaken van levertijden en opvolgen van te late of foutieve leveringen; - Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers over bestellingen, leveringen en afspraken; - Afstemmen met interne stakeholders over de voortgang en eventuele afwijkingen; - Opstellen van analyses en rapportages over het inkoopproces; - Signaleren en opvolgen van knelpunten, afwijkingen en risico’s; - Vastleggen, beheren en delen van relevante informatie en kennis binnen de organisatie.
