Wat ga je doen? Als operationeel leidinggevende creëer je de voorwaarden waarmee laboratoriummedewerkers hun werk optimaal kunnen uitvoeren. Je weet mensen en kwaliteiten te verbinden, geeft richting waar nodig en haalt het beste uit je team. Je luistert met aandacht, stuurt waar nodig en gaat moeilijke beslissingen niet uit de weg. Je vindt het belangrijk dat mensen met plezier naar hun werk komen en hebt oog voor zowel hun drijfveren en ambities als hun ontwikkelpunten. Daarnaast ben je bereikbaar en aanspreekbaar als er iets speelt. En verder: - Je geeft direct leiding aan een team van doktersassistenten, analisten en senior analisten. - Samen met de klinisch chemici vorm je het duaal management binnen de sector. - Je waarborgt kwaliteitsnormen en accreditatie-eisen, waaronder ISO 15189. - Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt bij audits, calamiteiten en strategische overleggen. - Met je teams realiseer je kwalitatieve resultaten binnen de afgesproken termijnen en stuur je waar nodig bij. - Je speelt een actieve rol in de verdere vormgeving en (door)ontwikkeling van de afdeling. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de jaarplannen en behaalde resultaten van je deelgebied, zowel kwalitatieve als financiële. Knelpunten signaleer je tijdig en ontwikkelingen vertaal je naar passende acties. Ook draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de apparatuur op jouw deelgebied. - Samen met collega-leidinggevenden werk je aan vraagstukken die de grenzen van het eigen deelgebied overstijgen.
