Je werkt nauw samen met medisch specialisten, management en collega-leidinggevenden en hebt veel ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de zorg van morgen. Van innovatie en digitalisering tot capaciteitsvraagstukken en teamontwikkeling: jouw impact is zichtbaar op de werkvloer én binnen de strategische ontwikkeling van de afdeling. Wat ga je doen? Als operationeel leidinggevende geef je dagelijks leiding aan een grote groep professionals. Je zorgt ervoor dat de afdeling soepel draait, terwijl je tegelijkertijd een actieve bijdrage levert aan kwaliteitsverbetering, innovatie, digitalisering en toekomstbestendige longzorg. Dit doe je in nauwe samenwerking met de manager zorgeenheid, medisch coördinator, medisch specialisten en collega-operationeel leidinggevenden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - leidinggeven aan een team van 55 medewerkers; (regie)verpleegkundigen, verzorgenden, serviceassistenten en secretaresses. Je focust op het stimuleren van hun ontwikkeling en duurzame inzetbaarheid; - het bewaken en optimaliseren van kwaliteit, capaciteit en logistieke patiëntprocessen; - het uitvoeren van HR-taken, waaronder begeleiding, verzuim- en ontwikkelgesprekken; - het vertalen van jaarplannen en verbeterinitiatieven naar de dagelijkse praktijk; - het verbinden van operationele vraagstukken aan tactische en organisatorische doelstellingen.
