De komende twee jaar groeien we naar meer dan 1.000 Volta's, verspreid over meerdere landen. Die groei kan alleen als productie, logistiek en onderhoud als één operatie samenwerken. Om dat te realiseren zijn we op zoek naar een Operationeel Manager. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige operatie: productie, logistiek en onderhoud. Productie stuur je daarbij zelf direct aan: jij bent de teamleider van de productieploeg, lost samen met je mensen issues op de vloer op en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt. Bewust kiezen we hier voor een lean opzet: in plaats van er een aparte teamleider productie bij te zetten, pak jij die rol zelf op, boven op je verantwoordelijkheid voor de hele operatie. Jij zorgt dat alle drie de disciplines als één organisatie samenwerken. Je herkent inefficiëntie en verspilling en zorgt met het team dat verbeteringen ook echt beklijven.
