Iemand die de operationele teugels van onze drie werkmaatschappijen stevig in handen neemt. Als Operationeel Manager ben je een cruciaal onderdeel van ons Directie- en Managementteam (DMT). Jij bent de brug tussen onze strategische ambities en de dagelijkse realiteit op de werkvloer. Jouw belangrijkste missie? Orbis schaalbaar maken voor de toekomst, en tegelijkertijd garanderen dat we vandaag uitstekend presteren. Wat ga je doen? Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de (niet-)financiële KPI's van onze drie werkmaatschappijen: Orbis Groenversnellers, Orbis Omgevingsadvies en Orbis Veldwerk. Je brengt samenhang, inzicht en sturing. Daarbij kijk je structureel verder dan de waan van de dag. We willen doorgroeien, maar zonder dat de complexiteit en overhead in hetzelfde tempo meegroeien. Daarom bouw jij binnen Orbis aan vier cruciale pijlers: - Structuur: Je zorgt voor kraakheldere rollen, strakke werkprocessen en duidelijk eigenaarschap. - Ritme: Jij creëert de hartslag van de organisatie. Een vaste cadans van plannen, sturen, overleggen, besluiten en doorpakken. - Rust: Je snijdt door chaos heen, brengt focus aan in prioriteiten en zorgt dat doelen leidend blijven. - Ondersteuning: Je faciliteert collega's met de juiste kaders en informatie, zodat zij optimaal kunnen presteren en ontwikkelen.
