Werckpost werkt dagelijks met internationale flexwerkers voor verschillende opdrachtgevers. Een dynamische omgeving waarin planning, huisvesting, vervoer, verzuim en administratie allemaal met elkaar samenhangen. Als Operationeel Manager zorg jij dat die hele keten klopt. Jij geeft leiding aan de vestigingsmanagers en helpt hen om grip te houden op hun teams, werkzaamheden en resultaten. Jij stuurt op kwaliteit, capaciteit en performance, signaleert waar het beter kan en zorgt vooral dat verbeteringen ook écht worden doorgevoerd. Wat ga jij doen? Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en kwaliteit van de operatie. Daarbij: - Geef jij leiding aan, coach en ontwikkel je de vestigingsmanagers; - Stuur jij op kwaliteit, capaciteit, planning en resultaten; - Zorg jij voor duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden en uniforme werkwijzen; - Bewaak jij de operationele keten rondom de flexwerker, van plaatsing tot vertrek; - Pak jij knelpunten en escalaties op die afdelingen of vestigingen overstijgen; - Zorg jij dat afspraken met klanten operationeel haalbaar én uitvoerbaar zijn; - Vertaal jij rapportages, controles en audits naar concrete verbeteracties; - Zorg jij dat nieuwe processen en werkwijzen daadwerkelijk worden geïmplementeerd; - Rapporteer jij aan de directie over resultaten, risico's en verbeterpunten. Plaats in de organisatie De Operationeel Manager (Manager Operations & Workforce) stuurt de vestigingsmanagers aan en vormt de verbinding tussen de operationele organisatie, directie en ondersteunende afdelingen.
