Dan is dit jouw rol als Operationeel Manager bij Tosch: je geeft leiding aan zo'n 40 collega's, maakt deel uit van het MT en bouwt mee aan onze verdere groei en ontwikkeling. Een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid, invloed en ruimte om écht impact te maken. Wat ga je doen? Als Operationeel Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige operatie van Tosch. Je bent lid van het kernteam (MT) en vormt samen met de Manager Sales het hart van de organisatie. Samen dragen jullie de verantwoordelijkheid voor het functioneren en de verdere groei van Tosch. Je geeft leiding aan onze volledige delivery-organisatie: vier klantteams, het datateam en het operationele team. In totaal stuur je ongeveer 40 collega's aan en zorg je ervoor dat de operatie iedere dag voorspelbaar, efficiënt en resultaatgericht draait. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de omzet uit projecten en uren, de delivery van onze Managed Services (MRR), klanttevredenheid, kwaliteit, snelheid en het realiseren van de KPI's. Daarnaast stel je de operationele begroting op en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen daarvan. Je werkt in al deze punten nauw samen met de technisch directeur en rapporteert aan de algemeen directeur. De basis van onze organisatie staat. Processen, dashboards en ons ERP-systeem zijn ingericht. Jij zorgt ervoor dat hier consequent op wordt gestuurd. Je brengt structuur, bewaakt de voortgang, spreekt mensen aan op afspraken en prestaties en weet wanneer je moet bijsturen. Daarbij combineer je data met signalen vanuit de organisatie om de juiste beslissingen te nemen en blijvende verbeteringen door te voeren.
