Als Operations Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele werking van meerdere sites. Hierbij stuur je een team aan van ongeveer 100 chauffeurs, bedienden en een technisch team. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle diensten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen. Jij als Operationeel Manager bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, planners, technici en externe partners zoals De Lijn. Je werkt dicht bij de werkvloer, pakt problemen meteen aan en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie en structuur. De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Operationeel Manager?

  • Het aansturen, coachen en opvolgen van een team van chauffeurs, bedienden en mecaniciens
  • Je voert zowel verzuim-, evaluatie- als feedbackgesprekken, met ondersteuning vanuit HR
  • Bewaken en mee opvolgen van de dagelijkse planning, diensten, processen en samenwerkingen
  • Ook sta je in voor facility en technisch beheer: materialen bestellen, infrastructuur in orde brengen, allround operationele opvolging
  • Als Operations Manager ben je zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer om eventuele problemen hands-on op te lossen
  • Tot slot rapporteer en volg je administratief op via Excel en bestaande interne systemen
