Als Operationeel Manager Groen & Water geef je richting aan onze dagelijkse operatie. Je werkt samen met vakmensen aan uiteenlopende projecten in de buitenruimte en krijgt de ruimte om processen te verbeteren, collega's te ontwikkelen en zichtbaar resultaat te boeken. Een stevige rol voor een verbinder die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en samen met het team verder wil bouwen aan de toekomst van Van Doorn. Als Operationeel Manager vorm je de schakel tussen de dagelijkse projectuitvoering en de tactische en strategische aansturing door de Bedrijfsleider Groen & Water. Je geeft functioneel leiding aan projectleiders en zorgt voor samenhang tussen projecten, planning, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. Daarbij stuur je op voortgang, capaciteit, financiën, kwaliteit, veiligheid en risico's. Je stelt prioriteiten, lost operationele knelpunten op en zorgt dat medewerkers, materieel en onderaannemers op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Ook ondersteun je projectleiders bij complexe situaties met opdrachtgevers en voorzie je de bedrijfsleider van actuele en betrouwbare stuurinformatie. Je verantwoordelijkheden Je stuurt de dagelijkse operatie binnen Groen & Water aan en bewaakt de samenhang tussen projecten, planning, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering; Je geeft functioneel leiding aan projectleiders, coacht hen in hun rol en stimuleert eigenaarschap, samenwerking en ontwikkeling; Je bewaakt de integrale planning en zorgt voor een passende inzet van medewerkers, materieel, onderaannemers en andere middelen; Je stuurt op de financiële en administratieve beheersing van projecten en bespreekt prognoses, afwijkingen en risico's; Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en werkprocessen en ...
