Dit ga je doen In de functie van Operationeel Manager Arbeid, Plaatsvervangend hoofd Arbeid, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het team Services. Team Services omvat het klussenteam, magazijn, transport, logistiek, facilitair. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en correct uitvoeren van alle werkzaamheden (Ri&E) het bewaken van de kwaliteit en voortgang van alle werkzaamheden welke door interne en externe partijen op de locatie van PI Ter Apel worden uitgevoerd. Dit betekent dat je de werkprocessen evalueert en bijstuurt waar nodig. Bijvoorbeeld door het introduceren van nieuwe veiligheidsinstructies en werkmethoden die ervoor zorgen dat de werkplekken veilig en efficiënt blijven, en dat medewerkers zich ondersteund voelen in hun dagelijkse werk. Je geeft leiding aan een team. Door regelmatige één-op-één gesprekken en team overleggen te voeren zorg je ervoor dat iedereen zijn of haar talenten volledig benut.. Denk aan het begeleiden van medewerkers in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling, door het aanbieden van specifieke trainingen of het inzetten van coaching om medewerkers verder te helpen in hun groei. Je werkt vanuit de 5P's. Je hebt de sensitiviteit in huis om te zorgen voor een juiste balans in het team en durft op te treden als het individu voor het collectief wordt gesteld. Het team wordt aangestuurd op basis van een heldere filosofie: de 5P's. Dit betekent voor jou: Daarnaast onderhoudt je nauw contact met alle interne afdelingen en externe partners en opdrachtgevers, om te zorgen voor een goede afstemming, samenwerking en continuïteit van de inrichting.
