Als betrokken lijnmanager coach en begeleid je jouw teams op een inspirerende en motiverende wijze. Zet jezelf op de kaart als: In deze sleutelrol geef je leiding aan vier teams binnen de Unit Support & Projecten. Samen zorgen we voor een betrouwbare, professionele en toekomstbestendige IT-dienstverlening voor het gehele Kadaster, zoals de lopende implementatie van de SIAM-methode. Samen met je team zorg je voor het behalen van de doelstellingen en een goed georganiseerde bedrijfsvoering. Daarbij hoort uiteraard ook de ontwikkeling van de vakkennis en vaardigheden van je teamleden. Op deze manier groei je samen met je team en draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de IT-organisatie van het Kadaster. Wij lopen voorop als het gaat om nieuwe technieken, ontwikkelingen en innovaties. Er is volop ruimte voor ondernemerschap en eigen ideeën. - Je geeft leiding aan 4 teams met in totaal ongeveer 35 medewerkers. De omvang en diversiteit van het team vragen om focus, zorgvuldige afstemming en duidelijke prioriteiten. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de dienstverlening die jouw team levert. - Je werkt integraal samen met de product owner en productmanager binnen jouw werkveld. Daarnaast onderhoud je een sterke verbinding met de Head of SIAM. - Vanuit jouw visie en strategisch inzicht weet je zowel binnen als buiten het team veranderingen effectief te realiseren en draagvlak te creëren.
