De organisatie maakt deel uit van een grotere groep van apotheken. Binnen die groep voert één grootschalige apotheek in hoofdzaak IMV-taken uit. Voor dit filiaal ben jij verantwoordelijk.

Als operationeel leidinggevende sta je in voor onderstaande taken:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productieproces en bewaakt de efficiëntie en kwaliteit.
  • Je optimaliseert productie- en logistieke processen en stuurt verbetertrajecten aan.
  • Je beheert het machinepark en werkt mee aan de verdere automatisering en optimalisatie ervan.
  • Je stuurt het productieteam aan, bewaakt de personeelsbezetting en coacht je medewerkers.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klant-apothekers en leveranciers en waakt over de naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en GDP-normen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

De operationeel leidinggevende bezit volgende talenten:

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een masterdiploma in farmacie, ingenieurswetenschappen, bedrijfskunde of een relevante richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterk kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbewustzijn en werkt nauwkeurig en analytisch.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, cijfermatig ingesteld en hebt oog voor kostenefficiëntie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven, bent stressbestendig en beschikt over een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis Frans. Affiniteit met computergestuurde processen en databeheer is een plus.
