Dan is deze functie iets voor jou en komen we graag met jou in contact! Hoe ziet jouw functie eruit? Als Operationeel Manager stuur je dagelijks een team van 10 FTE aan en ben je de drijvende kracht achter een soepel lopend productieproces. Daarbij rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de bedrijfsleider. De afdeling Operations omvat engineering, werkvoorbereiding, de laswerkplaats, assemblage van watertechnische en elektrotechnische installaties, testen en PLC-programmering, evenals logistiek en magazijnbeheer. Wat zijn jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsplanning en voor het coachen en verder ontwikkelen van medewerkers. - Je zorgt voor een efficiënt productieproces, waarbij kwaliteitsdoelstellingen worden behaald en medewerkers optimaal worden ingezet. - Je stelt de productieplanningen op, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat de productie-, kwaliteits- en leveringsdoelstellingen op tijd worden gerealiseerd. - Je signaleert verbeterkansen en optimaliseert productieprocessen en werkmethoden. - Je stemt met de afdeling Sales de haalbaarheid van opdrachten en bijbehorende planningen af en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige overdracht van nieuwe orders naar Operations. - Je zorgt voor de tijdige facturatie van orders en controleert inkoopfacturen en de weekoverzichten. - Je verzorgt de bijbehorende administratieve werkzaamheden om een efficiënte voortgang van de processen te waarborgen. - Je houdt toezicht op veiligheid, kwaliteit, kosten en efficiëntie binnen de afdeling om een goede voortgang te waarborgen.
