Sylvia Zethoven Recruiter Jouw aandeel in de bouw van een Feadship Onder de naam Feadship werken verschillende gespecialiseerde bedrijven samen aan het ontwerp en de bouw van volledig op maat gemaakte superjachten. Bij De Vlijt zoeken en vinden we voor de Feadship-bedrijven vakkundige, tijdelijke medewerkers voor de verschillende fasen van het ontwerp en de bouw van superjachten. Als Operationeel Manager Inhuur vervul je binnen De Vlijt een centrale en verbindende rol. Je geeft richting aan de dienstverlening rondom externe inhuur, stuurt het team van inleencoördinatoren aan en zorgt voor uniforme processen op de verschillende Feadship-locaties. Je verbindt de behoeften van de afzonderlijke bedrijven met de gezamenlijke koers van De Vlijt en Feadship. Daarbij bewaak je de beschikbaarheid van expertise, de kwaliteit van leveranciers, tarieven, contracten en de naleving van wet- en regelgeving. Je maakt deel uit van het managementteam van De Vlijt en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directeur van De Vlijt. Dit ga je doen als Operationeel Manager Inhuur - Je geeft leiding aan een team van plusminus acht inleencoördinatoren, die op de verschillende locaties van Feadship werkzaam zijn; van Makkum (Friesland) tot Papendrecht (Zuid-Holland) en alle vestigingen daar tussenin.
