Waar ga je werken?

Je komt terecht bij een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in industriële reiniging bij voedingsbedrijven. Zij hebben al een mooi klantenbestand uitgewerkt en er zijn verschillende werven waar dagelijks enthousiaste medewerkers aan de slag gaan. Je neemt regio Antwerpen voor jouw rekening. Je leidt alles in goede banen en werkt het klantenbestand verder uit.

Jouw gevarieerd takenpakket als people manager

  1. Operationeel leiderschap: Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het dagelijkse functioneren van de unit, inclusief het plannen en coördineren van activiteiten.
  2. Financieel beheer: Je houdt toezicht op het budget van de unit en streeft naar winstgevendheid in samenwerking met de Operations Manager.
  3. Personeelsbeheer: Je plant dienstregelingen, organiseert opleidingen en voert evaluatiegesprekken.
  4. Klantrelaties: Je fungeert als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor tevredenheid en retentie.
  5. Kwaliteitscontrole: Je waarborgt de kwaliteit van diensten door het implementeren van procedures en naleving van voorschriften.
  6. Documentenbeheer bij klanten.
  7. Verkoop: je identificeert potentiële klanten, bouwt relaties op en sluit verkooptransacties om de omzet te vergroten.

Welke taken neem je nog voor jouw rekening?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van projectleiders en houdt regelmatige 1-op-1 evaluaties om hun prestaties te optimaliseren. Je bezoekt klanten, woont vergaderingen bij en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking door het opstellen van verslagen en het oplossen van operationele vraagstukken. Daarnaast bewaak je de efficiëntie binnen het bedrijf door middel van interne audits, het toezien op KPI’s, budgetten en werkuren, en door in te grijpen bij personeelsproblemen. Tot slot speel je een actieve rol in groei en ontwikkeling door het geven van opleidingen, opstellen van handleidingen, prospectie en verkoop.

  • Vereist werk- en denkniveau: Bachelor.
  • Minimale werkervaring: 2 jaar in een sturende rol.
  • Persoonlijke eigenschappen: Leergierig, communicatief, hands-on, stressbestendig, aanpassingsvermogen, leiderschap.
  • Pluspunten: Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie, schoonmaak of verkoop.
  • Talen: Professioneel gebruik van Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een pluspunt.
