In de rol van Operationeel Manager ben jij de verbindende factor die de dagelijkse operatie soepel laat draaien. Je coacht afdelingshoofden, bewaakt de veiligheid en kwaliteit, en brengt de langetermijnvisie van het management tot leven op de werkvloer. Met jouw helikopterview werk je continu aan een slimmere en effectievere werkwijze.

  • Operationele aansturing: Richting geven aan de dagelijkse praktijk en het effectief aansturen van teamleiders en operationele teams.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Werkprocessen analyseren en vernieuwen om de efficiëntie en kwaliteit te verhogen en kosten te verlagen.
  • Capaciteits- en planningsbeheer: Zorgen voor de juiste mensen en middelen op de juiste plek om deadlines strak te behalen.
  • Budget & Kostenbeheersing: Het operationele budget bewaken, kosten beheersen en resultaten helder rapporteren via KPI's.
  • Kwaliteit & Veiligheid: Toezien op strikte naleving van wetgeving, ISO-normen en interne veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Teamontwikkeling: Medewerkers coachen en motiveren om samen te bouwen aan een gezonde, prestatiegerichte cultuur.
  • Opleiding: Je beschikt over minimaal een bachelordiploma.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende, operationele functie.
  • Kennis: Je bent bekend met procesverbeteringsmethodieken en weet deze succesvol toe te passen.
  • Analytisch & Organisatorisch: Je beschikt over een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en doorgrondt complexe processen snel dankzij je analytische blik.
  • Leiderschap: Je hanteert een daadkrachtige leiderschapsstijl, gecombineerd met mensgerichte en coachende vaardigheden.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent proactief, kunt snel schakelen en blijft kalm en effectief onder druk (stressbestendig).
  • Talenkennis: Je communiceert vloeiend en professioneel in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
