Je analyseert bestaande werkwijzen, zet processen om in duidelijke procedures en ondersteunt teams bij een uniforme aanpak. Dankzij jouw inzicht lopen operationele activiteiten als een trein en krijgen collega’s heldere richtlijnen om succesvol samen te werken.

WAT GA JE DOEN ALS OPERATIONEEL MANAGER?

Als Operationeel Manager combineer je analyse met een coachende aanpak en vertaal je gemaakte afspraken naar een vlotte operationele werking.

  • Je analyseert processen en zet verbeterkansen om in werkbare oplossingen.
  • Je begeleidt projecten van A tot Z en werkt duidelijke procedures en werkinstructies uit.
  • Je coacht het team, stemt af met interne stakeholders en volgt verbeteracties op.
  • Je maakt rapporteringen in Excel en gebruikt data als basis voor verbeteringen.

WAT VERWACHTEN WE VAN JOU ALS OPERATIONEEL MANAGER?

Je creëert graag overzicht en krijgt energie van projecten waarin processen en mensen samenkomen. Je communiceert helder in een meertalige werkomgeving.

  • Je hebt relevante projectervaring en voelt je comfortabel in een coachende rol.
  • Je communiceert zeer vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Frans komt regelmatig aan bod.
  • Je werkt sterk met Excel; ervaring met Power BI is een mooie extra troef.
  • Een bachelor Bedrijfsmanagement of gelijkwaardige ervaring is een mooie basis.
