Operationeel manager outbound - DC (Utrecht) - logistiek - €4.443 - €6.728 - 40 uur - distributiecentrum Operationeel manager outbound - DC (Utrecht) - logistiek - €4.443 - €6.728 - 40 uur - distributiecentrum Dit ga je doen Als Productiemanager outbound leid je in jouw dienst alle fysieke en administratieve werkzaamheden binnen jouw operationele aandachtsgebied. Je werkt samen met inbound en orderpicking. Je bewaakt de voortgang van de logistieke processen, stuurt bij op basis van KPI's zoals veiligheid, servicelevel, productiviteit en verzuim, en zorgt dagelijks voor een optimale personeelsinzet. Je werkt nauw samen met planning en andere afdelingen om de goederenstromen soepel te laten verlopen en neemt bij afwezigheid de rol van manager operatie waar. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan 2-4 direct reports en meer dan 100 operationele collega's. Je coacht en ontwikkelt medewerkers volgens het HEMA DNA en stimuleert een veilige, positieve en productieve werkomgeving. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in verbeterinitiatieven en projecten, waarbij je nieuwe processen, systemen en werkwijzen helpt implementeren en verankeren.
