Rietbroek groeit. Daarom versterken we onze organisatie met een nieuwe functie: Operationeel Manager Schoonmaak. Je geeft rechtstreeks leiding aan onze drie Rayonmanagers en bent via hen verantwoordelijk voor ongeveer 100 medewerkers. Tegelijkertijd blijf je dicht bij onze klanten doordat je zelf een aantal belangrijke key accounts beheert. Een veelzijdige functie waarin leidinggeven, klantcontact en bedrijfsvoering samenkomen. Over Rietbroek Rietbroek is een familiebedrijf dat in 1991 is opgericht door Peter, Rob en Joyce Rietbroek. Waar Peter en Rob ooit zelf op de ladder stonden, zijn we inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een professioneel bedrijf met schoonmaakonderhoud, glas- en gevelonderhoud en huismeesterdiensten. Ondanks onze groei zijn we nog steeds een echt familiebedrijf. De lijnen zijn kort, de directie is betrokken en we vinden het belangrijk om onze medewerkers én klanten persoonlijk te kennen. Onze medewerkers zijn de kern van ons bedrijf. Zij staan iedere dag bij onze klanten en maken uiteindelijk het verschil in de kwaliteit en service die we leveren. Daarom vinden we het belangrijk dat onze mensen zich gezien en gewaardeerd voelen en de juiste begeleiding krijgen om hun werk goed te kunnen doen. Als Operationeel Manager Schoonmaak heb je hierin, samen met onze Rayonmanagers, een belangrijke rol. Onze slogan is 'Uw gebouw in goede handen' . Dat betekent voor ons: verantwoordelijkheid nemen, afspraken nakomen en ervoor zorgen dat onze klanten kunnen rekenen op goede dienstverlening.
