Heb jij ruime ervaring binnen een technische omgeving en weet je mensen, projecten en processen goed bij elkaar te brengen? Voor onze opdrachtgever in Zaandam zoeken wij een operationeel manager die leiding geeft aan het technische team en tegelijkertijd meedenkt over de verdere ontwikkeling van de business unit. Als operationeel manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie binnen de business unit. Je geeft leiding aan het technische personeel en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen, kennis en capaciteit beschikbaar zijn om verschillende projecten succesvol uit te voeren. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de projectmanagers en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Business Unit Manager. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Leidinggeven aan het technische personeel binnen de business unit; - Zorgen voor voldoende capaciteit, kennis en vaardigheden binnen het team; - Opstellen van het operationele plan en bijdragen aan het strategische meerjarenplan; - Formuleren, implementeren en evalueren van operationele doelstellingen; - Samen met projectmanagers bewaken van de dagelijkse voortgang en realisatie van projecten; - Bewaken en verbeteren van werkprocessen, kwaliteit en prestaties binnen de business unit; - Signaleren van knelpunten en initiëren van passende verbetermaatregelen; - Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame samenwerkingen met leveranciers en subcontractors.
